Custom built spare and drop-in replacement gearboxes are one of our specialties. We can make them to meet or exceed the capabilities of your original, and for less than what the OEM would charge. All our replacement boxes come with a factory warranty and are rated according to the latest American Gear Manufacturers Association standards. Brad Foote can completely reverse engineer an existing drive and build a replacement with interchangeable parts. Alternatively, we can provide an up-to-date design with the same exterior dimensions but higher ratings. Through modern material selection, heat treating and tooth geometry optimization, we can nearly double the capacity of some units. This not only eliminates nagging maintenance problems, but it also extends the service life of your process lines.

We know how important it is to avoid the installation delays caused by dimensional errors and will work closely with you to ensure a trouble-free start up. That’s why we maintain an extensive library of gearbox catalogs and can determine the original dimensions from model numbers. When catalog data or installation dimensions are unavailable, we measure the equipment in the field or in our shop.
