Our Porta tooth grinder can grind internal gears with 32-inch to 89-inch major diameters. Only the wheel arbor swivels, so the 26-inch face capacity is not reduced when grinding internal helicals. Our Pfauter 1200 and 1600 can grind internals from 12-inch to 60-inch major diameters, and the Hofler Rapid 900 can grind internals with as small as a 4-inch major diameter.

In addition, our custom-designed internal gasher increases throughput on large internals.
