• Internal tooth grinding to 90” diameter and AGMA 15 quality levels
• External tooth grinding to 120” diameter and AGMA Q15 (A2) quality levels
• In house shot peening
• Certified Non-Destructive test technicians
• In-house carburizing to AGMA grade 3 using a large variety of materials
• In-house tooth by tooth induction hardening of internals and externals

Brad Foote supplies gearing and complete gearbox assemblies for a large variety of designs ranging in size from .75 to 2.5 megawatt power output. We are known in the industry for our high quality, attention to detail, technical abilities, and commitment to our customers. These attributes have allowed us to bring several of our customers’ prototypes into production.
